The Houston Astros are your 2017 Major League Baseball World Series Champions.
After 55 years of heartache and playing in the franchise’s first-ever trip to the World Series, the Astros came through to defeat the Los Angeles Dodgers, 5-1, in Game 7.
Social media went crazy after the win, including celebrities, fans, sports stars and NFL players from the Houston Texans who tweeted out their congratulations.
