Gordon Hayward scored a game-high 26 points and the Utah Jazz took down the Los Angeles Clippers on Sunday with a dominating 104-91 victory. The win clinched the series for the Jazz who won their first playoff series since 2010.

The basketball Gods seemed to be smiling down on the Jazz who were playing on International Jazz Day. Safe to say, the Clippers never had a chance.

Derrick Favors had a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds. George Hill chipped in with 17 points and five assists and Joe Ingles added 12 points, five rebounds, and four steals in the win.

With the win, the Jazz will take on the top-seeded Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference semifinals. The Warriors have nearly had a week of rest after sweeping Portland 4-0.

Game 1 will take place Tuesday night in Oakland.

Here’s how players and fans reacted on Twitter to the Jazz’s big playoff victory as well as the Clippers choking in the playoffs once again.
