It was a wild day in the NBA.
All-Star point guard Chris Paul was traded to the Houston Rockets and legendary head coach Phil Jackson was fired as the president of the New York Knicks.
Certainly, Portland’s move — trading Tim Quarterman to the Rockets for cash considerations — is something nobody would ever be talking about if it wasn’t for the amazingness of the Trail Blazers’ Twitter account.
Known for its hilarious tweets, Rip City came through once again. After welcoming “cash considerations” in a post, the Blazers followed it up with a picture of a bag of money sitting at a podium of a would-be press conference with the caption, “This trade is a blessing. I’m ready to grind, Rip City. I think I can make an immediate impact out on the floor.”
And yes, the internet went crazy over it.

I don't like this trade. Cash Considerations is career journeyman. What is this, his 5th team this year?
