SEC Champs!

For the first time since 2005, the Georgia Bulldogs are conference champions and capped off an incredible season and unexpected rise in Kirby Smart’s second season as head coach.

Freshman quarterback Jake Fromm completed 16 of 22 passes for 183 yards and two touchdown passes and the running back trio of D’Andre Swift, Nick Chubb, Sony Michel got it done on the ground as they combined for 210 yards and a touchdown.

Auburn (10-3), came in as the hottest team in the country with back-to-back wins over then-No. 1 Georgia and Alabama. But the Tiger offense could never get going as turnovers and missed special teams plays cost Auburn a chance at to get into the College Football Playoff.
